Warren Turner, Striped Bass Conservation Coalition (SBCC),The MSC/SBCC/SCDNR Hatchery Benefit Tournament and Copepods in Lake Murray
SBCC president and fellow Midlands Striper Club member, Warren Turner, comes to talk about his newfound Coalition and it's purpose of establishing, promoting and preserving striped and hybrid bass fisheries across the United States through education, scientific studies and projects. MSC has joined forces with the SBCC to co-host the MSC/SBCC/SCDNR Hatchery Benefit Tournament to help raise conservation funds and catch brood fish. This tournament will take place during the Palmetto Sportsman Classic the last weekend in March.  If time permits, Warren will also discuss the recent Copepods found on Lake Murray.

Program: Captain Buddy Bouknight, Sunrise Fishing Guide Service, presents planer boards, corks, freelines, and cold weather tactics for big striped bass! Buddy is a USCG licensed Lake Murray Fishing Guide and member of MSC. He has 34 years of freshwater and saltwater experience, is a graduate of the Sea School Academy, and a member of the Lake Murray Guides Association. Buddy conducts many seminars on striper fishing and enjoys sharing the knowledge he has gained. Captain David is one of Midlands Striper Club's own, and guides for stripers and saltwater species as well. He is U.S.C.G. licensed, and has been a regular competitor on the National Striped Bass Association Tournament Circuit. Team Striper Addiction swept the June, July, and August Lake Murray Tournaments, boating the 2006 MSC Voyager Lunker of The Year in the process!!!
